How to add a field only to view part in customer portal?

Hey guys.

 

I want to add a few fields in the view ticket page like this: https://prnt.sc/gvzu5k

My customers pay per hour so it is important to make sure they see how much time is actually spent.

The fields are not known by the customer, the support team fills them after the ticket is examined and therefore it would be pointless to include them in the submit request page.
