I have subset of projects listed under popular section of the JIRA service desk customer portal. I would like to know how the list is determined & displayed.
I haven't found anything documented on this. Put I'm sure it is simply a matter of most requested, number of hits. What specifically do you want to achieve w/ this knowledge?
