We have noticed that when creating a ticket “on behalf of a customer” via portal, system does not recognize to which Organization that customer belongs to. Instead it suggests to share with an Organization an agent who creates a ticket belongs to … Any ideas?
This is expected. The field to share with the organization will show the organizations where the person who is logged in is part of. So, the correct organization will only show if you are logged in as the customer.
In this case, it will be necessary to create the ticket in the portal and then manually add the organization when viewing the ticket internally (agent view).
