I have a customer that has several people creating tickets for their company.
They would like to see all of the tickets raised for that company, but currently they are unable to do so.
Is there anything in the setup of customers that would allow this to happen, or is there something I need to do that will allow them to see all of their tickets?
In order for a customer to see others in their company you must create Organizations and then add your customers to their organization. Then in Customer Permissions in the project set the "who can customers share requests with" to "Other customers in their organization". That will allow visibility of the requests across the ORganizations.
