How do you sort a queue in Service Desk. Say you wanted to sort by Group or by Assignee?

Setting up queues for different groups.  I would like them to be able to sort by date created or perhaps Assignee.  Is there a way?

Found it!  It's called ORDER BY!  I searched for SORT.
