Hi.
Confluence is used as our customer portal KB for our JSD project.
In the old confluence editor, I was able to attach a screenshot and assign a link (URL) by pressing CTRL+k and typing a web address.
This allowed me to overcome a major flaw in the customer portal view.
The customer portal view is too narrow. Screenshots are being resized to a point where they are not visible and unusable.
My workaround allowed me to host my screenshots in AWS and then in confluence I could add a URL to screenshots.
This means that a customer could click on the resized screenshot in the portal view and then get a larger view of that screenshots.
In the new confluence editor, this is no longer available.
So Atlassian took away my only workaround to a bug that they introduced in the Customer Portal KB view.
Do you have a workaround for this? Given you're using Confluence as a KB space for your customers via Customer Portal.
Here's a solution if you have your screenshot hosted somewhere.
