How do you enable captcha for a public JIRA Cloud Service Desk?

The documentation for the global enabling of public service desks does not match JIRA cloud. The same is true for captcha. Searching in administration finds an entry for captcha but the page loaded does not have the captcha option. Can you please update the SW or the documentation?

Just for your information, captcha not being enabled on Service Desk is actually a bug and it has been reported at:
