Hi all, I had tried to use the automation rule method to send notification/alert message to remind/trigger me when my SLA is at risk of breaching but the current condition only allows me to choose either 30mins or an hour for the reminder. What can I do to change the timing? like for example 6hours remaining to remind me? Hoping to seek some advice from the community. Hope to hear from you guys soon. Thanks
