I'd like to add our client's logo's to the tickets they submit. My current set up is to have a group for a client so that multiple people in that organisation can see what others have asked but I'd like to make the icon for the group be their logo (if possible?).
So a little confused by saying you have a group for a client as JIRA service desk doesn't support groups it only supports Organizations.
Currently Service Desk does not support customizations for Organizations, but there is this issue that has been raised JSDSERVER-5107. Perhaps you want to vote and comment on that issue.
