How do I get Jira Access?

Hi ,

 

I  am from Ingrammicro client service desk, , we keep getting calls from customers regarding Jira Access & the URL provided is : https://jira-us/atlassian-jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa , may I please know whom to contact regarding Jira access? How is it that I got my user name showing as ggayathi in atlassian website? Please assist.

You will need to contact the administrators of the Jira system your people are asking for access to.

Here, we are a community of end-users of Atlassian stuff.  Your users appear to be asking for access to one of your internal systems that we have less access to than you do!

The ggayathi you see on Atlassian websites is from what you set up when you created your "Atlassian account", you can change it on id.atlassian.com if you need to.

This link you provided only people with Jira service desk license can view that.

You need to provide your customers with customer portal url.

Something like this https://jira.example/servicedesk/customer/portals

Also if you can't  find it open one of your issues click view customer request on the middle on the right, and there you will see the issue true customer portal  there delete everything after /customer/portals.... and there is your portal
