How do I create group and assign some agents to it in jira service desk?

I would like to create a group by name "XYZ" and assign some agents to it.

Thanks for the reply. What do you mean by user management?

Managing users.  It's in the document.

Can you please provide me the url of that document?

It says "503 Service Unavailable".

The url I've already given is correct, but Atlassian seem to have a website issue at the moment.  Give it a few minutes.
