Hello,
I tried to search the community for answers, but the majority included coding which I am not comfortable with.
I just want subtasks to automatically populate whenever I enter a request for a new employee (such as sign handbook, fill out I-9 form, etc).
Does anyone know a simple way to do this for those of us who are not technically inclined?

Katie - are you familiar with the Automation add-on for JIRA? https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.codebarrel.addons.automation/cloud/overview - also available for JIRA server.
This should do this job and many others for you without coding ;)
