I am the Project Lead on our Service Desk and I am also the administrator of the service desk. However, when I go in to settings and try to set anything up for the Service Desk - I'm told to contact my Administrator to be a Service Desk Agent. I'm not sure what to do, as my Administrator has done all he can figure out to do.
