I am a Org and Site Admin as well as a JIRA-administrator. I have multiple projects within my JIRA service desk. I want to add myself as a customer to my test project that I created. The reason is because I want to see what a customer can see. I want to know if me as a customer with a different account from my admin account can see other projects. I want the customer that I add to my project to only be able to see my project and no one else. Is this possible?
Hi @Fahad Akhtar - You definitely should be looking at creating a test customer account, independent of your other internal account(s) that give you full/additional access based on the role you are in.
How do you create new customer accounts now ? Would you be able to create a new customer account for internal testing purpose just the way you create your real customers ? If needed, you could create a test organization to associate this test customer account with.
