We have a connected knowledge base set up with our Service Desk project, and in that knowledge base we provide access to content for our customers.
I would like to know if there is a way for the customers who access the knowledge base to watch a page in our connected Confluence Space, so that they are updated when content on that space is updated.
FYI our instance is on the cloud
To the best of my knowledge there isn't a way to accomplish this.
Confluence can be opened to allow only customers to see your articles, but this does not come with the ability to watch a page. Even opening the content to anonymous access wouldn't solve the problem as Confluence needs to know where to send the updates.
