How can i set mail sending when SLA reach limit?

Two ways:

  • create an automation rule. It is pretty straight forward once you get in there and get started. This is good if you want individual email for each breach.
  • create filtered list of all issue breached and set up subscription for the list emailing to one or more users say every hour. Again simple to implement. 

Where can i add an individual mail? I can only send to:

-Reporter

-Customer

Is it possible to sending to any email?
