How can i set email notification to administrator or any other email when LSA reach limits

as in title

I found how to do this to customer/reporter but dont know where to choose anothere one.

I assume you mean SLA? You do this within the Automation settings area. If you have a current rule to notify on SLA breach you can add a Then action to send an email to any Jira user.

Hi, 

Follow the steps below,

  1. Go to Service Desk Settings
  2. Choose Automation Tab image.png
  3. Add Rule on right corner upside image.png
  4. you will get New Automation Rule image.png
  5. Select At-risk SLA alert
  6. Here you can customize your rule and create the notification.
