How can i determine if my account already tested Service Desk without risking bills?

This is scary message, i wont press unless i know for sure that i have never tried it before with this account!

So you are not sure if you previously had and account and instance? Are you trying to set up a new cloud instance? As I recall when you set up a new trial from here - https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/try there is no CC required you get 7 days to trial and then you must enter CC to continue.
