How can I translate "System Dashboard" and "Your Company Jira" on JSD?

Hello, community!

I need to translate those texts because I have a client on Chile that needs those texts to be in spanish, but theres no option to translate them by using the  Translate inProduct plugin and I can't see those values inside the Language Pack we have on them JSD.

There's must be a way to translate those texts. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

I made Ukrainian language pack  for Jira. 
System dashboard created when you install your Jira instance and this dashboard name is hardcoded. So its impossible to change it.
