We are working on individual metrics for our Service Desk Agents. We have some of the basic like Open tickets Closed Tickets MTTR.
I would like to see how I would write the script for how many times our service desk agent adds updates or a comment in a ticket would like to track every 48 hours, Week, Monthly, yearly.
