I want our Agents to receive an email notification when they are mentioned in a comment, but I don't want them to receive a notification for every comment.

All mentioned users will receive an e-mail.
The e-mails will only be sent when they are mentioned on the issue.
No extra configuration required. Please check Using Mentions for further information.

Paula, I have disabled notifications for "Issue Commented" and I believe that has prevented the Agents from receiving notifications when they are @mentioned. How can I enable notifications for @mentions but not force them to receive notifications for every single comment?
