How can I remove the ability to Add Customers from agents? Right now if an agent from my service desk team goes to the Customers option, they can see an Add Customers button which can be used to create accounts in Jira. I don't want them to have this ability.
This is something I wish for as well, but is currently not available. It's strange that you can disable Organization setting but not Customers. There is suggestion raised that you might want to vote and chime in for:
