Hello,
I'd like to make the queues in a JIRA Service Desk sortable. The agents should be able to sort the queues on every field shown.
Kind regards,
Marco Spindler
Marco,
Currently this is not possible, but there's an improvement filed under https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-298 to allow queue sorting. I'd suggest you to cast your vote and watch it.

Pedro,
Is the JSD-298 fixed and deployed to production allowing the sort order work? I see that your comments are dated back in July 2015.
Thanks,
Preethi

Sometimes it seems like the simplest things you've come to expect from any tabular web app can't be solved by Atlassian. JSD-298 only has 43 votes, but that's not the driving factor it seems if you look at other requests that have literally thousands of votes.
