Currently the SLA time like "time to resolution" is expressed in hours:minutes.
Beyond a day this becomes difficult to interpret.
Is it possible to express the time in a format days:hours:minutes? Like e.g. 2:07:31 for 2 days, 7 hours and 31 minutes
