How can I change the color for Waiting for Customer and Support?

Right now the colors for Waiting for Customer and Waiting for Support are both gray.  In a list of issues, it's difficult to see which issues are waiting for us (Waiting for Support, Pending, etc) and which are open but not really in our "court" anymore.  Can I change the colors on those two Statuses?  I tried via Workflow and Statuses, but couldn't find a way to do it.

Waiting for customer and waiting for support should not be set as To-do Status in the workflow. If you want to change colours of the status, the only way would be in workflow, first of all, you have to make this workflow inactive in order to edit it. Then, you can click on Edit when you press on any status or click Add new status, see if there are three options: To-do(Blue/grey), In progress (yellow), Done (Green). Thank you.
