I would like to show the tracked time (wich I add at the task in Worklog) on Jira customer portal.
I would like to inform the custemer (who made the request) how much time did we spend with solving the request.
We track time on softver project too. (We have softver project and service desk project for one custemer)
It is possible to show both information somehow?

Unfortunately not and funny you should request as the very original idea for service desk was wanting to hide time tracking from customers.
You could look at Intenso - Extensions for Service Desk, but not sure if they support time tracking view.
