How can I add comment on issue page?

HI, 

I have a question. 

I used JIRA before at another company and I could write comment on JIRA page right away. 

But now, it is not possible. 

Please refer to the picutre #2, I cannot attach the file or comment on that page. 

I could only reply on page #1. Why it happens? 

Someone give me an advise

Hi Jungeun Kim

 

You don't have permissions in this project and/or JSD license assign to your account.

On Picture #1 you can add comment from Customer portal view as JSD customer. For this you don't need permissions and license. To add comment directly (not from JSD Customer portal) you need permissions and JSD License.

Ask your JIRA Admin to check this.
