How can I add a link for the JIRA issue collector to the JIRA Service Desk customer portal?

Hi,

We're about to have 5000 staff use JIRA Service Desk. We'd like to start to collect their feedback on the new customer portal. How can I add a link to a JIRA Issue Collector that goes into our development project? We could set up a feedback issue type in the Service Desk portal, but I think it would be neater if we just put "Feedback?" along one of the sides in the portal. How can this be done?

Hi Greg,

You can use plugin Service Pack for JIRA Service Desk. There is option to add link to any url and there are much more features that can make your service desk much user-friendly.
