How NOT to add participants with email submission

Currently we are emailing issues to JIRA.


However, we would like NOT to all anyone else in the email as participants of the issue.

Is it possible?

Hi Alfred;

Could you check notifications?

1- Project Setting-->Customer notifications : add "To" part Reporter(customer) in all rules(not "customer involved")

2-Project Setting-->Notifications : Change all events as Reporter in Notificaition scheme

Have done that but the system is still adding people in the email as participants and emailing them to notify that they are participants in the issue.
