How I can define different goals depending on ticket priority?

we are using JSD 2.5.9 , we would like to configure customized SLA with different goals

Please suggest us is there any suitable plugin for Customized SLAs (free or Paid)

You can define multiple goals for each SLA in JSD, check "Setting up SLA goals" in https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/setting-up-slas-732528967.html
