hello,

You can create amultiple SLA base on JQL :

  • reporter in membersOf("Customer 1")
  • reporter in membersOf("Customer 2")
  • etc ...

Maybe I wrote bad.

I don't need sla by customer. I need sla by group services.

Only I can create JQL with the "Customer Service types" field
But using that, I can't repeat service names in different groups.

The field Customer service group, doesn't exist :(

Do you mean field "Customer Request type"?  It does exist and can be used in JQL.  WHat version of JSD are you on?

I have a group with 15 services. I need a SLA for that Group
