Please advise on how to setup dkim record for jira, I have followed the instruction given by Jira and it’s still same.

Is it cloud or servder edition? If it is cloud, as I understand you have followed this instuction. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-jira-cloud-to-send-emails-on-behalf-of-your-domain-900996548.html

Is that correct?

 

If your instance is server, could you provide answer kindly.

Could you provide the error log, from you JSD instance?
