We are looking for a helpdesk tool to manage our incidents raised by our users . Number of users would be 10-15 and the ticket count would be around 50-100 in a month. so i would like to know that how JIRA can help us in this, do we need local setup on our computers? or a server-client based setup would be helpful.
Please suggest as per my requirement.

You can either install Jira locally on-prem or host it in the cloud but in your case you might consider simply using Atlassian’s hosted Cloud service. Everything is done via browser, no client.
