JIRA Service desk Internal and external comment section has common editor box. So In comment Either I can do internal or external comment at at time since they are sharing same editor box, not both. By anyway is it possible to do simultaneous commenting to both external and internal user with different content? I want this feature for transitions pop up screens comment section , where at present agents can able to do only one type of comment at a time.
Yes i also have the same problem while commenting in JIRA Service Desk workflow execution step. It shows only single window for comment. In workflow pop up window we can comment only once while executing the workflow step. So can it possible to provide separate comments for internal and external people at same time while one workflow execution stage?.
