Hi.

In my company, we're currently working on a new project and focus less on fixing our legacy system.

This means the PO gives less attention to triage production bugs at the moment.

For me, it creates an issue which I don't know how to create an SLA for bugs without breaching time to resolution since I don't know when it will be resolved if at all.

I was hoping to not set a calendar against bugs, but that's not an option.

Any suggestions?

Hi @Gil

Let me know if that I understood that wrong, but you would like to not have a time to resolve for specifically the Bug issue type?

I believe by adding the first line as the following :

It should remove the SLA as you want!

Hope this helps,

JT

Hi @Jean-Théo [Adaptavist]

Thanks for the reply.

I think what's important to note that typing in 'no target' won't work. You must type the number '0' and once applied, it then translates to 'no target'.

Thank you for helping out!
