As administrator, I want all customers in a project to view all issues in the project. How can I do this? Thank you.
Hi!
By default customers can only see issues in which they are the reporter or added as a request participant.
There is a feature called Organizations which you can use to create a group of users that can all access the issues belonging to this organization. You can find more information about Organizations here:
