I'm configuring a Helpdesk site and I can't find how to enable reports for Service Desk Customer - Portal Access Group.
I try to grant access manually to a unique user to all the permissions in the project for Reports, but the user still can not see the reports and only has the ticket report available. How can i grant access to a person or group to this feature?
