Hi,
According to our organization, a Project Leader of a Service Desk Project should be able to :
- manage his/her queues
- manage his/her SLA
- manage his/her report
- manage his/her request types
- manage his/her components
But the Project Leader should not be able to modify :
- Screens
- Worfklow
- Permissions
Today, with Service Desk v3.11.0 I have only choice between "no management permissions" or "all management permissions". How can I have give permissions more precisely ?
