File sharing through customer portal

I just noticed, that a picture that I added to a customer created issue was not visible to the customer. Is it possible to share files through customer portal?

The added picture ist only visible to other agents.

Hi,

If you're an agent you should be able to make a comment in JIra and add in the attachment as part of that comment and make visible to your customer.

Thank you, that info saved my day!

I was using the other attachment method and have overseen the possibility to add attachments to a comment directly. 

Otherwise it would be more intuitive to share files the other way as well.
