We are using the Cloud version of Jira Service Desk, and in a recent update the field help texts which are longer than two lines now appear truncated and the customer has an option to display the full text with 'show more'.
Our field help text include crucial guidance about choosing the correct ticket priority, is there some override so the text field help display the whole text?
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like this is a new function of JSD and there is not a way to override it. I sent them a feedback email so hopefully I will hear back soon on this. This may have been unintentional but in the likelihood that it was intentional, hopefully they will change it back.
