Extracting Queue Reports to Excel

Emmanuel Cielo August 12, 2020

Hi,

Is there a way to extract the queue to let's say a an excel worksheet or may pdf? I would need a list provided as a monthly report maybe for ongoing tickets. Thank you.

Hello @Emmanuel Cielo ,

The app that @Levente Szabo _Midori_ mentioned sounds like a good one for expanding on PDF export options in Jira, and a good one for a Excel export option is a free connector app made by Atlassian "Jira Cloud for Excel (official)"  that can use a Jira filter as a formula directly in your excel Spreadsheet and drop the data into the spreadsheet for you via a "=JIRA.JQL()" function in a cell or using the integrated sidebar import tool that gets added to Excel.

Alternatively we make a Google sheets extension with the same capabilities as the Excel Extension as well if anyone runs across this thread and is looking for an alternative to the Excel connector, "Jira Cloud for Google Sheets (Official)"

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Earl

Hi @Emmanuel Cielo ,

If you can consider apps to solve your requirement, one option to try is Better PDF Exporter which can export your Service Desk tickets. You can try it free to see if it fits your needs.

See an example output and find more info here

(Please note that Better PDF Exporter is a paid and supported app and I'm part of the team developing it.)
