Dear Atlassian team,
I am looking to build with Jira-Service-Desk a company support portal, which will allow our customers to login and address support-calls, requirements, questions, professional-services assistance and etc. Is that feasible to perform with Jira? If yes, could you please walk me through the process to build such portal? Note: I am not that experienced with JIRA system.

JIRA Service desk will do just that. You can configure all of the types of requests you'd like to have available for your external customers.
Portals come preconfigured out of the box (for the cloud offering anyway) complete with a portal URL and email.
All you need to do is customise the request types and the fields you'd like on the customer forms. There is extensive documentation on the Atlassian docs website.
