Im using Jira Service Desk Cloud and i really need enable a generic sender for the email notifications sent to customers. Right now when an agent for example resolves or comments an issue, the customer receives an e-mail where the agent appears as the sender.
How can i change this in order to appears a Generic Sender? instead of Agent Name?
