Enable PDF/attachment preview @ customer portal

Hi!

I'm able to preview an attached PDF @ service desk agent view (when working on a ticket).

Following screenshot displays a ticket with a PDF attached.

When I click on it a preview pops up.

Now if I view the customer request @ customer portal, I only get the option to download the file - no preview here.

Is it possible to configure a preview for PDFs as well @ customer portal?

It works for attached images both in the portal and in the project, by the way.

We had the same question asked by our customers.  Can the PDF be previewed instead of automatically downloaded?
