Hi all - is anyone aware of a way to enable JIRA Service Desk Feedback (CSAT) only for specific agents, not everyone?

as far as I know you can't enable it only for some agents. When you enable the default feedback in Jira Service Desk you enable it for every agent.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
