Email to Create Task

I can't figure out how to set up my email to automatically create/update tasks.

I'm using G-Suite and I have 2 step verification enabled:

I created my own server for my email in specific. From there generated a code to get past the 2 step verification and once I tested it out it worked. 

But once I tested the workflow rule it gave me the following issue:

It looks like incoming IMAP has to be on port 993. The error message you are getting seems to indicate port 25. Please see:

Automatically assign all tasks to a specific user if they are created from this email trigger?
