Email requests not working/not showing up in JIRA Edited

When I send test emails to JIRA never creates a request for the emails.

I can validated that the emails are being delivered to my address, and that something is setting the messages to "read", I'm guessing the JIRA email poller is reading them and then breaking/not creating the email request.

I verified that I have the setup in my Project settings > Email Requests.
