Hi, We are spinning up Jira Servicedesk and are very happy with it so far :)
One thing I can not figure out is how our team can be notified when an end user creates a new request in the user portal. I don't see the notifications going that granular (Screen shot below). I do see an event for Issue Created, but we do not want to be notified if a tech is just creating his/her tickets for calls that they took.
Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
