Hi, I'm trying to create a forward rule from a gmail account to a Service Desk project email address. Gmail sends a verification email that never reaches the Jira queue. If I send emails directly to the project email address it creates issues correctly.
Is there something in Jira that could be filtering out these verification emails from Gmail?

the gmail address must equate to a user (customer). if it is not it will not be processed. Try to add that gmail address as a customer and see if that works.
