We have just implemented Jira Service Desk for our company JIRA, but I need some help when it comes to setup the email requests in a service desk project. Basically the button 'Add an email address' in projects is greyed out and we cannot set this up.
Is there any help you can provide us please to sort this out please?
@Edward Midolo Can you verify and make sure you have JIRA administrator and Project administrator permission for the JSD project?
